Lorraine Maass Hultman
Lori is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor and Employment law (since 2001). She has provided advice and counsel and litigation defense to employers for more than 35 years, both in Florida and in California. Lori has counseled and defended employee leasing companies and their clients since 1998 and she has significant experience working with and representing EPLI carriers. She litigates in state and federal courts and represents employers in administrative proceedings. Lori has been selected as a SuperLawyer in Employment Defense 2009-2016.
Licensed to Practice: In Florida since 1978; in California (currently inactive) since 1985; 1998, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court, Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida. Board Certified Labor and Employment Lawyer, Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education 2001 to the present time.
