Timothy is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law and has been practicing law for 25 years. In addition to representing exclusively management clients in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, he also regularly represents PEOs before the Board of Employee Leasing in Florida with respect to licensing and disciplinary matters and he also assists PEOs with licensing and regulatory matters in other states around the country.
